An experienced property developer, Matt began to investigate alternative building techniques in 2005. This led to his building a block of apartments using an Irish PMS supplier. The building frame was erected quickly, efficiently and economically, becoming watertight within days of erection and enabling other internal trades to start work earlier than is possible using traditional building techniques. Having built a considerable number of units in PMS, in 2012 Matt invested in a new Irish company offering a modernised PMS off-site solution. The business grew rapidly as the industry began to embrace MMC techniques for residential development, hotels, student accommodation and other commercial development. Matt has completed over 1000 units using off-site PMS. In 2019 Matt sold his Irish businesses in order to focus on the rapidly developing UK off-site market and formed Future-Built in 2019.
